FCD’s very own Douglas Monroy has been undertaking a set of forest fire trainings provided by the US Forest Service International Programs. He has recently concluded the courses on “Preparedness and Response to Urban Interface Fire” and “Human Factors in the Response to Wildland Fires”. FCD congratulates him as he advances into other courses. We thank USFS for this capacity building support.
