The FCD Karst Management Unit and Cultural Heritage Technician underwent a three-day training course focused on Rappelling and First Aid response at the Las Cuevas Research Station. The training offered by Belize Institute of Search and Rescue Training included Technical Theory, Technical Practical, Medical Theory, and Medical Practical. This hand-on training has provided the Karst Management Unit with the necessary skills and heightened awareness to handle various situations encountered during their inventory work in the Chiquibul.
