The Fortis Belize Limited (FBL) staff joined FCD to learn more about the initiative that protects scarlet macaws in the Chiquibul. FBL has been a staunch supporter in the protection of these birds since the creation of the dam in the region. With approximately 350 individual birds found in Belize, all efforts are important in safeguarding the population.
