With funding from PACT, FCD has hired, Mr. Salvador Mesh as the Western Chiquibul-Maya Mountains Landscape Technician. Among other tasks, he will spearhead and direct the landscape approach in the targeted region using the streamlined matrix devised between the Ministry of Sustainable Development and FCD. The focus will be towards harmonizing management actions identified in the matrix, identify gaps and opportunities and devise new strategies within the FCD technical program areas for consolidation of efforts at a landscape level.
